At Modern Beach Bikini, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we love designing it. If your purchase doesn’t fit quite right or meet your expectations, our flexible returns policy is here to help—just like our adjustable bikini tops adapt to your shape.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and hygiene liners attached
  • In the original packaging

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikini bottoms unless they are faulty or incorrectly shipped. All other beachwear (tops, dresses, sarongs, and swimsuits) can be returned as normal.

How to Return Your Items

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and return request (see template below)
  2. We’ll email you a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  3. Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging)
  4. Ship your return to our Aberdeen headquarters (address below)
  5. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Requests

Want a different size or color? Simply:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state your preferred exchange item in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply)

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original items separately.
