We process orders quickly to get your beachwear to you ASAP! If you need to modify an order, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if your order hasn’t entered processing (typically within 24 hours).

We ship worldwide from our coastal warehouse in Aberdeen, UK! Some Asian countries and remote regions may have restrictions – please contact us at [email protected] for specific country inquiries.

We offer two convenient options:

1. Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
2. Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over £50

All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For DHL/FedEx shipments, you can track every step of your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. EMS tracking may have limited updates until delivery.

While we carefully estimate delivery times, international shipping can occasionally experience delays beyond our control. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll investigate.

We want you to love your Modern Beach Bikini pieces! You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Final sale items cannot be returned

Initiate returns by emailing [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return.

Once we receive and process your return (typically within 3-5 business days), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

We carefully quality-check every item before shipping. If you receive a defective product, please email photos of the issue to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
